LOTTO

Lotto numbers for 24th April were 3, 5, 11, 16. Six people matched three numbers: John Toner, Mary Mallon, Dermot McGurk, Patsy McCreesh, Seamus McGeehan, Noel Fox. Each won £20.00. This weeks Jackpot is £3100.

ACL DIVISION 2

Rock were away to Augher in the ACL Division 2 on Sunday last and lost on a final scoreline of Augher 2.11 Rock 0.12. The reserves won on a final scoreline of Augher 2.13 Rock 4.9. We are away to Derrylaughan on Sunday 7th May, 2.15 & 3.45pm, away to Cookstown on Sunday 14th May, 2.15 & 3.45pm, and at home to Aghyaran on Sunday 21st May, 2.15 & 3.45pm.

MINORS

The Minors were away to Coalisland on Tuesday night last and lost out on a final scoreline of Coalisland 3.10 Rock 2.9. They are away to Donaghmore on Tuesday night 2nd May @ 7.30pm. Other upcoming fixtures are away to Moy on Tues. 9th May @ 7.30pm, and at home to Cookstown on Wed. 17th May @ 7.30pm.

FEILE

Our U14's took part in Feile in Aghaloo on Wednesday night last. Two narrow defeats against Aghaloo and Donaghmore were followed with a win against Gael Naomh Pádraig. Well done to Cathal and Brian and all the boys who were a credit to the club on the night.

U14'S

The U14's are at home to Stewartstown on Monday 1st May at 7pm. Other upcoming fixtures are away to Naomh Pádraig on Friday 5th May @ 7.15pm, at home to Gael Naomh Pádraig on Sat. 13th May @ 1pm, away to Donaghmore on Sat. 20th May @ 1pm, at home to Aghaloo on Sat 27th May @1pm, and at home to Derrylaughan on Wed.31st May @ 7.30pm.

U12'S

U12 training continues Monday nights 6.30-7.30pm.

U10'S

U10 training continues Friday nights 6.30-7.30pm.

U8'S/U6'S

We hosted a very successful Blitz on Saturday morning last. Well done to our U8's who all performed very well in all their games. Once again they were a credit to our club and our future looks bright with this group of young players. Thanks to coaches Noel and Martin and to all the parents who helped with refreshments etc, and to anybody who helped out in any way and also to our Youth Officer Ciaran Gourley. Many thanks also to all the visiting teams, Brockagh, Kildress, Brackaville, Pomeroy and Clogher. U8 & U6 training continues on Monday nights 6.30-7.30pm.

DEVELOPMENT UPDATE

Our application for grant support to help build the Rock Area Social Hub is in! We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the groups and individuals connected with the Rock & Slatequarry who helped along the way to make our application possible. We hope that the hard work by The Development Committtee is rewarded with some good news in the coming months. One club. One community Stronger together.

SUMMER CAMP

This years Summer Camp will take place in Rock from 31st July to 3rd August. Online bookings can now be made through the Tyrone website or our own club website.

SYMPATHY

The committee, players and members of Rock St Patrick's GFC wish to express our deepest sympathies to the Cush family on the death of Sean, a former playing member of our club. We offer our condolences to his sons Adrian, a past trainer of our senior team, Barry, Niall and Darren and to his daughters Deborah and Leon and to the entire Cush family circle. Mary Queen of the Gael pray for him. Ar dheis De go raibh a hanamn dilis.

Deepest sympathy is also expressed to the Duffin family circle on the death of Marian(Edendoit). May she Rest In Peace.
