ACL DIVISION 2
Rock were at home to Castlederg in our final league game on Sunday in what was a fight for survival for both teams. Played at championship intensity, Rock deservedly claimed both points running out victorious on a final scoreline of Rock 0-11 Castlederg 1-5. Despite this victory we may yet be involved in a play off to avoid relegation. Many thanks to our Scor group who sang Amhran na bhFiann prior to the game.
INTERMEDIATE CHAMPIONSHIP
Rock play Aghyaran in the first round of the Intermediate Championship in Healy Park Omagh on Friday 8th September @ 7pm. Our game will be followed by Strabane v Trillick @ 8.30pm.
U16'S
The U16's had mixed fortunes last week, losing out by just one point at home to Errigal Ciaran on Monday on a final scoreline of Rock 2-15 Errigal Ciaran 2-16.They then defeated Clonoe away on Thursday night on a final scoreline of Clonoe 2-9 Rock 5-8. Next fixtures are away to Eglish on Monday 4th September @ 7pm and then at home to Cookstown on Thursday 7th September @ 7pm.
U12'S
Well done to our U12's who all played in the mini games during the half time interval of the senior game v Castlederg. Emyvale Tournament takes place on Saturday 16th September, more details later.
U10'S
Next U10 blitz is due on Saturday 9th September and again on Saturday 23rd September, more details at training. Training continues Fridays 6.30-7.30pm.
U8'S/U6'S
