SACRED HEART PRIMARY
Pride of place this week goes to the boys of Sacred Heart Primary School who won the Thady Turbitt Cup at the Cumann na mBunscol Tir Eoghain county finals in Garvaghey last Wednesday defeating St. Macartans Clogher in the final. Well done boys, you have done your school and club proud.
ACL DIVISION 3
Rock travelled to Eskra on Sunday last in the ACL Division 3 and were defeated on a final scoreline of Eskra 1-11 Rock 1-6. Rock scorers: Liam Nugent 0-5, Paudie Ward 1-0 Shea Litter 0-1. Next outing is due to be at home to Killeeshil on Sunday 17th June, reserves @ 2.15pm and seniors @ 3.45pm.
CLUB ROCK & PATRON SCHEMES
Can we ask everyone that has information on our Club Rock and Patron schemes to please return the forms 2 either Noel Kerr or Seamie Donaghy by the end of the month if possible. While there is no time limit on when people can donate or start their Direct Debit, work will restart on site in the coming weeks once the power lines have been moved. Every contribution will go a long way in making our project become a reality. We realise there is never a good time to ask for money, but your contribution is vital to the success of the Rock Area Social Hub. Can you be part of it? We are stronger together.
DUCK RACE
The U6/U8/U10 boys and girls are running a Duck Race at Wellbrook Beetling Mill on Saturday 30th June @ 3pm. Ducks are £2 each and can be purchased from all U6 to U10 players(boys & Girls) or parents.All proceeds are going towards the Rock Community Hub.
LOTTO
Lotto numbers Monday 4th June; 2, 16, 22, 24. No Jackpot winner and 1 match 3 winner winning £100, Helen Carroll. This weeks Jackpot is £2400. Lotto is available to buy online through the klubfunder website.
MINORS
The minors are at home to Galbally in the Grade 2 Championship on Friday 15th June @ 7.15pm.
U14'S
The U14's were defeated at home to Stewartstown in the Championship quarter final on Friday night last. Next outing for the boys is the Ulster Feile @ Owenbeg on Saturday 30th June. More details on this later.
U12'S
The U12 fixtures commence on Monday 11th June. Fixtures are: Mon 11th Edendork(h), Mon 18th Moortown(a), Mon 2nd July Kildress(a), Mon 16th Eglish(h), Mon 30th Coalisland(a), Mon 6th August Moortown(h), Mon 20th Edendork(a), Mon 27th Eglish(a), Mon 10th Sept Coalisland(h), Mon17th Kildress(h).
U10'S
Our U10's have been invited to take part in the Pearse Kennedy U10 tournament in Pomeroy on Saturday 16th June. More details on this later. U10 training on Friday night 6.30pm -7.30pm.
U8'S/U6'S
Our U8's took part in the Jackie Lamb tournament on Saturday in Pomeroy. The boys played three games losing narrowly in all, beaten by one point against Pomeroy & Loughmacrory & by 2 points to Dungannon despite leading at half time in all 3 games. Well done lads and thanks to Pomeroy for the invite and also the hospitality. U8/U6 training continues Mondays 6.30pm-7.30pm.
SUMMER CAMP
