Our next game in the ACL Division 3 is due to be away to Glenelly on Sunday 1st July, reserves @ 2.15pm and seniors @ 3.45pm.
RESERVE CHAMPIONSHIP
The reserves made their exit from the Championship on Friday night last going down 2-13 to 0-10 to Clann na nGael in Dunamanagh.
MINORS
The minors drew with Both Domhnaigh in the league quarter final on Wednesday night last on a final scoreline of Rock 1-13 Both Domhnaigh 3-7. Date and time of replay to be confirmed. Rock will be at home to Coalisland in the quarter final of the Grade 2 Minor Championship on Tuesday 3rd July @ 7.30pm.

Our U12's have been presented with a brand new set of jerseys which have been kindly sponsored by 'Coolchain' air conditioning/mechanical ventilation/refrigeration . The club expresses our thanks to Malachy McGarrity for the sponsorship. The U12's are away to Moortown on Tuesday 26th June @ 7.15pm. U10'S
The U10's are playing a friendly v Donaghmore in Donaghmore on Monday 25th June @ 6.30pm. U8's/U6's are also playing Donaghmore at the same time. Players to be in Donaghmore for 6.15pm. Next U10 blitz is this Saturday 30th June. More details on this later. We are due to host an U10 blitz on Saturday 28th July.
U8'S
Congratulations and well done to our U8's who won the shield in Lissan on Sunday beating Cookstown, Moneymore & Newbridge. The squad at Lissan was: Danny Kerr, Micheál Kirwan, Callum Hughes, Dylan Quinn, Lorcan Mc Court, Pawel Wolski, Ruairi O’Hagan, Shea Conway, Hayden Martin, Finn Daly, Daithi Kerr. Well done all, yous certainly did the club proud. Well done also to the U8's who all played well at Beragh U8 blitz on Saturday morning. The U8 squad at Beragh was Danny Kerr, Ronan Mc Gurk, Micheál Kirwan, Finn Daly, James McElvogue, Callum Hughes, Caolan Quinn, Ruairi O'Hagan, Shea Conway, Pawel Wolsk & Daithi McGurk. DUCK RACE
Duck Race at Wellbrook Beetling Mill on Saturday 30th June @ 3pm. Ducks are on sale @ £2 per duck from all U6/U8/U10 players (boys & girls), and can also be bought through the following PayPal account friendsofrock@outlook.com. All proceeds go towards Rock Community Hub. All donations welcome and all welcome to come along on the day and help make it a memorable event for the kids.
CLUB ROCK & PATRON SCHEMES
Can we ask everyone that has information on our Club Rock and Patron schemes to please return the forms 2 either Noel Kerr or Seamie Donaghy by the end of the month if possible. While there is no time limit on when people can donate or start their Direct Debit, work will restart on site in the coming weeks once the power lines have been moved. Every contribution will go a long way in making our project become a reality. We realise there is never a good time to ask for money, but your contribution is vital to the success of the Rock Area Social Hub. Can you be part of it? We are stronger together.

SLATEQUARRY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION
Slatequarry Development Association are running a walking tour in Belfast on Saturday 4th August through Coiste Na Nlarchimi Walking Tours, the Tour will cover The Falls Road Murals and Milltown Cemetery. It lasts 3 hours and finishes with a 3 course meal. Cost is £35 per head which includes cost of bus, tour and meal.
