ACL DIVISION 3
Congratulations to our senior team and management on winning the ACL
Division 3 title on Saturday last with a ten point victory at home to
Clann na nGael. Final score was Rock 1-18 Clann na nGael 1-8. Well done
to all concerned on a great achievement having played 15 games,
winning 14 and drawing one. Our final league game is away to Killyman.

The reserves defeated Clann na nGael on a final scoreline of Rock 3-12 Clann na nGael 2-9. Rock play Killyman in their final ACL Division 3 game away on Saturday 27th September, reserves at 12pm and seniors at 1.30pm.
JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP
Rock play Derrytresk in the Junior Championship final on Sunday 5th Oct. at Healy Park, Omagh.
U16'S
The U16's defeated Clonoe at home on Monday 8th Sept. on a scoreline of Rock 1-17 Clonoe 1-7. The U16’s were defeated by a strong Owen Roes team at home in the preliminary round of the Championship on Sunday last on a final scoreline of Rock 3-9 Owen Roes 6-12. They play Owen Roes again in the League quarter final away on Sat. 20th Sept. at 11am.
U13'S
The U13's continued their good form with a big win at home against Killeeshil on Friday last with the final score being Rock 8-11 Killeeshil 1-9. They are away to Eglish on Friday 19th Sept. at 6.30pm and away to Pomeroy on Wed. 24th Sept. at 6.30pm.
U12'S
The U12's took part in two tournaments over the last two Saturdays. They were at Loughmacrory on Sat. 6th Sept. and lost by one point to both Kildress and Carrickmore. Thanks to Loughmacrory for their hospitality. Last Saturday 13th Sept. they took part in Magherafelt U12 tournament. Group wins against Coalisland and Magherafelt and defeats against Glenn A and Cargin saw us through to the shield semi final where we defeated Glenn B. A strong Ballinderry team then defeated us in the final. Thanks to Magherafelt for their hospitality. Well done to all the boys. U10'S/U8'S
Congratulations to our U10's who won their section of the
Donaghmore tournament which took place on Sat. 6th Sept. The boys were
unbeaten throughout and defeated Cookstown in the final. The U10 panel
was Jake Lagan(capt.), Aidan Carroll, Senan Devlin, Thomas Neville,
Corey McElduff, Matthew Devlin, Caoimhin Daly, Brannon Daly, Padraig
Mullan, Danny McCloskey. Thanks to Donaghmore for their hospitality.
The U8's took part in a blitz at Garvaghy on Saturday last and all
played well winning three games. The U8 panel was Padraig Mullan,
Patrick og McKernan, Ryan McElduff, Desmond Gourley, Conor Moore,
Michael Kelly, Caoimhin Daly, Darren Moore, Odhran Carroll, Owen
Bloomer, Ryan McAweaney, Fionnon McElhatton, Joel Kerr. Next U8 blitz

U11'S
Our U11's will be taking part in Emyvale U11 tournament this Saturday 20th Sept. Details at U10 training.
SYMPATHY
Deepest sympathy is expressed to the Watt family circle on the recent death of Gerry Watt(Bardahessiagh) and sympathy is also expressed to the family of Mary T McAneney(Sessiagh Scott Road) who died recently. May they Rest in Peace.
