ACL DIVISION 3
Rock completed our ACL Division 3 programme on Saturday last away to KIllyman. First half goals from Enda Mallon and Aidan McGarrity helped put Rock in a commanding position at half time as we went in leading 2-12 to 0-6. Rock eased through the second half and went on to win comfortably on a final scoreline of Killyman 0-10 Rock 3-14. The result saw us finish the league on 31 points having played sixteen, winning fifteen and drawing one. Rock scorers: A McGarrity(1-5), M McCreeesh(0-4), E Mallon(1-0), E Ward(1-0), J McCreesh(0-2), R Crilly(0-2), F Bloomer(0-1). A word of appreciation to the Killyman players who formed a guard of honour as newly crowned ACL Division 3 Champions Rock made their way onto the pitch prior to the start of the game.
The reserves picked up both points as Killyman were unable to field, which meant the reserves also finished the league unbeaten.
